All time favorite
Just like restaurant pasta, but low fat and high protein
15 mins to cook
Each serving (1/7th of the packet) has 10 gm protein
Add Nutritional Yeast for more protein
Easy to re-heat and eat
Ingredients
Barilla High protein Pasta (made of wheat flour + pea protein)
Pasta Sauce (ideally, Rao’s Pasta Sauce)
Or simply cook 1 cup diced tomatoes + 1 tsbp olive oil + salt + pepper + crushed garlic until the mix is 1/2 reduced into a thick sauce

Recipe
Bring salt water on rolling boil
Add Spaghetti or Pasta, cook for 10 mins until el-dante (i.e. has a bite to it, isn’t too soft)
Drain the water, but save a little bit of water to add back into the sauce
Add sauce into the pan and gently heat it (can use the same pan or a different pan)
Toss in Spaghetti or Pasta and cook with the sauce until it’s well coated
If cooking Spaghetti, use tongs to transfer to plate (don’t use spoon or fork)
Garnish with parsley, black pepper, and sprinkle of Nutritional Yeast
Alternatively, mix Nutritional Yeast into the sauce
(Optional) Add sunflower seeds for crunch garnish
(optional) Tear up some basil leaves for garnish
Serve with a side of roasted broccoli or carrots
